2004 Recruitment in Central Europe Conference

CES proudly presents the 2004 Recruitment in Central Europe Conference and Job Fair. The event will take place in Warsaw between 31 March - 7 April 2004. The purpose of the conference is to promote recruitment of seasonal staff from Central and Eastern Europe within the casino industry and other enterprises. We expect the presence of some major US gaming corporations. The conference will include a theoretical class on the use of temporary staff from Central and Eastern Europe. It will be conducted by a local academic and an HR professional from the US. We also plan a series of informal events and attractions where you will have a chance to network with your colleagues from other companies and exchanges opinions.

Job Fairs during the Conference

The main purpose of the conference is to present American companies requiring summer staff to the Polish students at the Job Fair. Employers will be able to conduct interviews with the candidates and even select the ones they are interested in hiring, not to mention networking with other businesses. Being able to select summer personnel beforehand offers a great advantage over merely ordering "random" people from other agencies. The fair may also be used to interview potential H2-B staff for your business.
