Recruitment process

Through our selection process, we are able to select those candidates who present appropriate personalities and skills. During the recruitment process each candidate is screened according to the prospective employer's specific requirements. All candidates have to pass an extensive English exam (reports on these tests may be presented to the employer). Each candidate can be trained with a focus on the work he will be performing.

Visa assistance

As a result of our close collaboration with the American Embassies in Central Europe, we are able to process visa applications reasonably quickly. Using RDS software we electronically submit visa applications online, on behalf of our students.

Thanks to our detailed and discerning recruitment process, we are able to screen out those applications which may be rejected by the consulate before they are submitted.

Cooperation with airlines

Controlling the flight arrangements of your staff gives your business flexibility. We may postpone their arrival if the visa process has been held up by the consulate. On the other hand, we may speed up the departure of other employees when future employers have misapprehended their needs and urgently require additional workers. Most importantly, we are always well informed of our staff's whereabouts during their journey, because flight arrangements are an integral part of our data base.

Post arrival assistance

After each employee's arrival, a CES representative can coordinate the employment process: from assistance in applying for a Social Security Number (if required), to filling out any necessary application forms and completing tax forms and other paperwork.
