Welders, pipe fitters and steel erectors

One of our specialties is recruitment of skilled and experienced craftsmen for engineering industry. We recruit coded welders, pipe fitters and steel erectors, grinders, oxy-acetylene cutters and riggers for engineering, shipbuilding, oil & gas and the energy sectors.

Our candidates possess in-depth working knowledge of welding craft, and extensive experience of shipyard, power station and refinery practice, covering all welding methods including TIG/GTAW, stick/SMAW, semi-automatic and automatic welding.

All the candidates have their references and certificates checked. In case of welders, practical welding tests are part of the candidates’ assessment, including visual inspection, destructive and non-destructive tests. If needed, tests are conducted in the country of workers’ origin (Poland, Romania and others).

We offer both permanent and temporary placements, including staffing agency service (employment business service, labour subcontracting).
